How do I receive my rail tickets?

Train tickets will be sent by post in time for your break, tickets will be posted first class. Show & Stay accept no liability for any tickets that do not arrive and will not issue replacement rail tickets, refund the original tickets or purchase new tickets on your behalf.

You're able to select Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional charge. This guarantees delivery before 1 pm the next working day, with contents insured as standard against loss and damage. 

Should your rail tickets not arrive 7 days after you have made your booking please contact our Guest Experience Team and we will take up your claim with the Royal Mail.

This may not be resolved in time for your break and may require you to purchase additional tickets. Show & Stay will not be liable for any additional costs incurred.
